About Us

The Meadville Sportsman’s Club was organized in 1930 and became incorporated in 1946. The main clubhouse was erected at 20600 Ryan Road in 1958. The property consists of 35 acres of land upon which there is located 2 skeet fields and 2 trap fields.

"C" class shoot off between Bobby and Frank There is also archery targets set at four different yardages for member practice. The clubhouse is used for monthly meetings which are held the 2nd Monday of each month at 7:00PM. The basement of the clubhouse has a small caliber pistol/rifle range which allows practice for rimfire and centerfire cartridges (not to exceed 800 fps and no FMJ bullets). The club also owns and operates a display each year at the Crawford County Fair. The Meadville Sportsman’s Club is a member of the NRA, the NSSA, and the Pennsylvania Federation of Sportsmen’s Clubs. Annual memberships are available as either a family membership @ $25.00 per year, or a single membership which is $25.00.  Current members who plan on renewing their membership are encouraged to print out the membership application found on this site and send it in anytime after October to avoid delays due to the holidays and hunting season. Members are also able to rent the main clubhouse for private events for $100.00.

  1. Hi, I’m new to the area and looking for a shooting range to practice handgun shooting. I see that your sign states no outside handgun shooting. Do you have any suggestions for an outdoor range which I could use?
